🇺🇸 TrueUSD issuer and operator to settle dispute with SEC

💵 The issuer of the TUSD stablecoin – TrueCoin, and the operator of the lending platform TrueFi have agreed to settle their dispute with the regulator.

➡️ Without admitting or denying allegations of selling unregistered investment contracts, TrueCoin and TrueFi will pay fines to the SEC amounting to over $500,000.
