European crypto platform Bitpanda has announced that it has received preliminary approval from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in the United Arab Emirates, less than eight months after submitting its application.
This step comes as part of the company’s strategy to expand outside Europe, as it will later operate under the name “Bitpanda Broker MENA DMCC” once it obtains the full license.
