Smart money transferred 1.73 million MUBI (worth US$400,000) to the transfer address 0xBA4...09E2D two hours ago, and then used the batch forwarding tool to distribute it to 795 addresses, 2,173 to each address (just the unit price of the new coin lottery ticket).
