CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

My portfolio is below. I started with 560 euros and now I have 430.

I don't do anything. I just buy and leave it there on Binance lite.

I overtraded a few times and got screwed.

I see people talking about futures, earn and spot.

I have nothing in my Binance pro portfolio.

My entire portfolio is on Binance lite.
