Despite the Argentine president's attempts to pretend that nothing happened, the scandal over the cryptocurrency he promoted from his X account does not stop. The law firm Burwick Law confirmed that before April 14, it will make a collective filing in the Southern District of New York.
A New York law firm will present a new lawsuit to the Justice of that district regarding the mega-scam originated by $Libra, the cryptocurrency promoted by Argentine President Javier Milei.

Although the complaint does not seem to directly target the head of state, it alleges that there were “people with insider information” among whom he could be included.

“Responsibility will focus on Meteora, Kelsier, KIP, the infrastructure providers, and certain KOL” (Key Opinion Leaders), said the complainants, clarifying that for now “we do not believe that responsibility extends to those who did not participate directly in the structuring or execution of the plan.”
