Zhao Changpeng (CZ) stated that although there have been attempts in recent years, this model has not yet succeeded. He believes that what is truly valuable is not time, but reach. Currently, while LinkedIn and X (Twitter) offer similar functionalities, the low threshold has led to an influx of spam, affecting the user experience. Under the model mentioned by Zhao Changpeng (CZ), KOLs bind their X or LinkedIn accounts for identity verification and set a fee for receiving messages, such as 1 BNB or 0.1 BNB. Anyone can pay the fee to send a message, and if the KOL does not reply within 5 days, 50% of the fee is refunded. The requester still needs to pay part of the fee to prevent spam and encourage them to write more targeted content. Meanwhile, KOLs also have an incentive to reply to messages because they can earn an additional 50% reward.
