Solana Whale Makes Million-Dollar Bet as Solaxy Gains Strength in the Ecosystem

$SOL
#BinanceAlphaAlert

A whale from the Solana (SOL) ecosystem showed strong optimism by acquiring 32,000 SOL tokens, equivalent to about $3.72 million at the time of purchase. With the recent appreciation of the asset, this amount is now worth approximately $4.25 million, generating a profit of over $500,000. The movement occurs amid the accelerated growth of Solaxy (SOLX), the first Layer 2 solution of the Solana network.

The pre-sale of Solaxy reached the mark of $30 million on April 14, highlighting the growing interest from investors. Currently, the $SOLX token is priced at $0.001694 for a limited time, with an expected increase in the next 30 hours. Additionally, the protocol offers an annual yield (APY) of 135% via staking, attracting early participants to maximize their returns before the potential launch.

According to Lookonchain, the whale responsible for the recent purchase has already made significant previous investments, including $9 million in SOL six months ago and another $6.5 million three years ago. Even during the drop of the token to $10, the wallet remained active, showing strong conviction in the long-term appreciation of the network.

The recovery of the SOL price — which jumped from $97 to $133 in April — also benefited from the temporary pause in the U.S. fee increase.

The management firm VanEck maintains an optimistic outlook, projecting SOL to $520 by the end of 2025.
