#SaylorBTCPurchase Michael Saylor Continues to Buy Bitcoin: Strong Accumulation Strategy of Strategy 

At the end of April 2025, Michael Saylor, Executive Chairman of Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), announced the purchase of an additional 15,355 Bitcoin with a total value of approximately 1.42 billion USD, equivalent to an average price of 92,737 USD per BTC. This transaction raised the total amount of Bitcoin held by the company to 553,555 BTC, worth over 52 billion USD at that time. 

To fund the additional Bitcoin purchase, Strategy conducted a public common stock and preferred stock issuance, raising a total of 21 billion USD. This amount was used to continue the company's Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
