This is never going to happen, for the simple reason that those "above" do not want to let XRP reach $3. Why don't they want to let it rise? Is it a conspiracy? Is it a plot? If anyone has an explanation, theory, or any idea about this, whether real or hypothetical, I will gladly be reading.
