Holding quantity exceeds 580,000 coins! Strategy continues to increase its Bitcoin holdings, with paper profits of $22.7 billion
According to a press release issued on Monday, Bitcoin enterprise giant Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) spent $427 million last week to acquire 4,020 Bitcoins at an average price of $106,237 per coin.
This latest acquisition has pushed Strategy's Bitcoin holdings to 580,250 coins, with a total investment cost of approximately $40.61 billion, and an average cost of $69,979 per coin (including fees and related costs).
As of now, Strategy's paper profit (unrealized gain) has reached $22.7 billion, holding nearly 3% of the total Bitcoin supply (21 million coins).
