$BTC Next week, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on three key bills related to cryptocurrencies, as part of "Crypto Week" (July 14-18):
🔸 CLARITY Act - Defines how the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) classify and regulate digital assets.
🔸 GENIUS Act - Establishes a federal framework for the issuance and oversight of stablecoins (which has already been approved by the Senate).
🔸 Anti-Central Bank Digital Currency Act - Prohibits the development of a digital currency issued by the U.S. central bank.
If these laws are passed, they could represent the first major legislation on cryptocurrencies in U.S. history, determining how digital assets will be handled in the future.
