🔹 SBF's Lawyers Seek Reduced Sentence, Allege Government Misconduct
Lawyers for Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF), the founder of the collapsed exchange FTX, have filed a motion for a reduced prison sentence.
They claim that there was "misconduct" on the part of the prosecution and violations of SBF's rights during the trial.
They also argue that a 25-year sentence is disproportionate compared to other cases involving financial crimes.
