💭 Honestly, I used to be very afraid of losses.
Every time I cut a losing trade, it feels like a punch to my self-esteem – like:
“Why was I so stupid?”
⏳ But the longer I go on this trading journey, the more I understand:
❗️Losses are unavoidable. The worst part is... losing without learning anything.
📓 Instead of rushing into a new trade to 'recover', I started doing something that seemed simple but changed my mindset:
✍️ Record your emotions – reasons for entering the trade – market situation at that time.
🔍 Gradually, I can clearly see the recurring wrong patterns:
– Enter a trade when... bored
– Not setting a Stop Loss
– FOMO because others are shouting about some coin
– Unclear entry – exit points
📈 From those losses, I started building for myself:
✅ Your own trading filter
✅ Personal discipline with every click.
✅ The way to 'reflect' to avoid repeating old mistakes
💡 And the most important thing I realized:
✨ Each losing trade, if you record and reflect carefully – it’s no longer a loss, but a unique lesson, not found in any book.
🤝 For me now, every time I 'pay tuition' is no longer bitter.
As long as you can learn something from the market, it’s never a loss.
🧠 What about you?
Do you have a habit of recording every losing trade? Or do you just forget and make the same mistakes again?
