Everything started to rise, but if the real altcoin season is coming, my opinion is that dominance will drop below 58. There is significant support there. As long as it doesn't go below 58, major coins like $ETH and $XRP are rising, while coins in the top 300 are not increasing much. When it drops below 58, I believe the basket I have in my profile will go up.
