#BNBATH880 What Is Solayer? Solayer is a restaking Layer-2 protocol built on top of the Solana blockchain ecosystem. It allows users to redeploy their already staked SOL or other liquid staking tokens (LSTs) to support additional decentralized services—enhancing liquidity, security, and scalability. Users receive a native token, sSOL, in exchange for their staked assets. This token represents their stake and can be used across various apps and services—without having to unstake the original assets. --- Key Components of the Solayer Ecosystem 1. Restaking Pool Manager Handles deposits of SOL/LSTs and issues sSOL. It also manages distribution of rewards and stake delegation across different services. 2. Delegation Manager Dynamically assigns restaked assets to validators, or various active verification services (AVSs) such as oracles, bridges, or dApps. 3. Reward Accounting Unit A background module ensuring accurate calculation and allocation of staking rewards—useful for loyalty systems or future airdrop eligibility. --- Infrastructure & Scaling: InfiniSVM Solayer introduces InfiniSVM, a hardware-enhanced execution layer designed to massively boost throughput and lower latency. Key features include: Hardware Offloading: Critical components run on dedicated hardware. InfiniBand + RDMA: High-speed networking enabling sub-microsecond data transfers. Multi-Executor Architecture: Scales dispensing from a single SVM core into a cluster of executors based on demand. This hybrid hardware-software design targets over 1 million transactions per second and ultra-fast response times.
