Mother was making tea at 11 PM. The child was playing with father. In a moment, when he went out of the room to another room, the father didnāt pay much attention. But in that moment, the child went inside the bathroom. No one noticed.
When the child could not be found anywhere.
Upon entering the bathroom, it is found that the child is upside down in the bucket water. Unconscious.
He was declared dead when taken quickly to Dhaka Medical.

When the child learns to put something in the mouth, we keep away things that they might swallow.
When learning to crawl, I keep an eye so they donāt fall off the bed.
When they learn to walk, I make sure they donāt go into the kitchen. So they canāt touch hot pots or sharp knives. I keep the kitchen closed.
So that they canāt touch the electric line. So that they donāt fall off the table and chairs. I keep an eye on that.
I keep the bathroom door closed so that they donāt slip and hit their head inside. I donāt let them go into the commode. I avoid keeping water in the bucket for this fear.
How much does it take to keep a child healthy and safe? From waking up until going to bed.
The struggle seems more about keeping the child safe than nurturing them!
Still feels pain. Even after so much caution, mistakes happen. The pain leaves a deeper mark on our hearts than on theirs.
Due to a little carelessness. The child lost its life due to the wrong decision of not locking the bathroom.
