I am a newbie, this is my first time trading USDT on Binance, so I only tried with an amount of 100 USDT. But I encountered this situation.

The name of the account transferring the money does not match the account of the buyer.
When I received the money, I asked why they didn't match, and they said that the exchange agreed to that. I said I needed to ask for information since I just opened the order, and they told me to transfer the money back to that other account.

Since I don't have experience, I didn't know how to handle it, so I reported to them to file a complaint to be processed according to Binance's regulations.

I hope experienced people can help me with how I should handle this situation? Because it's my first transaction and encountering a complaint makes me worry about my account.
