Scaramucci predicts how much Bitcoin will be worth by the end of the year
Amid a roughly 6% drop in Bitcoin this week, former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci stated that his firm is targeting a Bitcoin price between $180,000 and $200,000 by the end of 2025.
Scaramucci, founder and managing partner of the investment firm SkyBridge Capital, referred to this value as 'a cautious price target' in an interview with CNBC during the Wyoming Blockchain Symposium.
He pointed to the supply and demand dynamics as the main driver, saying that 'there is much more demand than the issued supply of Bitcoin or the overall supply available in the market'. 'I just think it's a matter of supply and demand, with only 450 bitcoins being produced by the network daily,' he told CNBC.
