It is a plan to repurchase #Jager and burn it. A portion of the tax will be allocated to purchase Jagger and burn it. Here the team is doing two things; the second is burning, which means increasing the rate of burning by a non-fixed amount monthly depending on the available liquidity for purchase.
The first is purchasing the currency, which means adding strong buying pressure on the currency while simultaneously activating the automatic burning process and the distribution system.
This plan effectively hits three or four birds with one stone: increasing buying pressure, pushing the price higher, increasing liquidity, increasing trading volume which activates burning and distribution processes, and increasing direct burning.
