The world's largest stablecoin issuer, Tether, is rapidly scaling its investment and organizational capabilities. It is trying to transform "freedom" from a "crypto-financial infrastructure provider" into a larger group with its thinking.
Currently, its investment portfolio consists of approximately 140 assets and employs approximately 300 people. It plans to hire another 150 people over the next 18 months, focusing on engineers, AI film and television creators, venture capital investment positions, and heads of compliance matters across multiple countries.
