I have been reading all your comments on the previous post about how to accumulate points. I noticed that many of you reported that the points are not showing up when completing the word of the day (WOTD).

I got in direct contact with Technical Support to obtain clear answers. This is what I was informed:

1. No activation date: For now, the reward system for this activity does not have a confirmed reactivation date. They are under maintenance or internal adjustments.

2. Report your points!: Support recommends that all users who do not see their points reflected by the end of the week go to the help section and notify their case directly.

Do not despair or feel that you have wasted time. Take a screenshot of your correct answers and, if by the end of the week the counter is still at zero, write to support.
