Fear and Greed Index

This is one of the things you should take a look at before buying or selling...

It is an important analytical tool for measuring investor sentiment in the cryptocurrency market.

The index gives a number from 0 to 100 that indicates the state of the market:

* Extreme Fear (0 - 24): Investors are in a panic and selling heavily, which some consider a buying opportunity.

* Fear (25 - 49): General concern in the market.

* Neutral (50): Balance between fear and greed.

* Greed (51 - 74): Bull market and investors are buying, with a possibility of a correction.

* Extreme Greed (75 - 100): Frenzied buying (FOMO) may indicate that the market is overvalued.
Trading Strategy

* Buy during extreme fear: When the index is very low, prices may be undervalued and a good buying opportunity for the long term.

* Sell during extreme greed: When the index is very high, the market may have risen too much, indicating a potential correction or decline soon.
