How to legalize income from cryptocurrency in Ukraine?
Income from cryptocurrency transactions must be included in the tax declaration of property status and income, which is submitted by May 1 of the year following the reporting year, and taxes must be paid to the budget by August 1 of the year following the reporting year. It should be noted that only income from cryptocurrency transactions is subject to declaration.
