This bounce is NOT an eternal bull run, but it IS the CLEAREST signal that the panic bottom of February has passed. Historically, Fear & Greed <15 + +5-10% in a day = accumulation + rotation to alts before a big leg up (Q3-Q4 likely). If it quickly loses $65k → we return to test $60k. But for now: BULLS DOMINATE!
