Mukesh Ambani has bought an industrial building at 11 Hubert Street, Tribeca, NYC, for about โน145 crore (US$17.4M) through RIL USA. ๐๏ธ The property was earlier owned by billionaire Robert Pera, who paid $20M in 2018 but never redeveloped it. This deal comes after Ambani sold his Manhattan condo for โน75 crore (US$9M) in 2023. The building has huge luxury conversion potential โ from basketball courts to pools though none have been built yet. ๐โจ
