Terms and Conditions
This event may not be available in your region.
Binance will independently select 23 winners and corresponding winning referrers based on the creativity, practicality, uniqueness, and social media influence of the works. The winners list will be announced on the official Binance Square account and Binance's official X channel @binancezh.
A project can receive a reward only once and cannot receive rewards from both the Chinese and global events simultaneously. Regarding referral rewards: to receive a referral reward, the referred person must explicitly fill in the referrer's Binance UID in the submission form. Each winning project is limited to one referral reward, and the reward will only be issued after the referred project is confirmed as a winner.
The winners list will be announced within 21 working days after the event ends. BNB rewards will be credited to the spot wallet of eligible users within 21 working days after the event ends.
Before the winners list is announced, you must not delete the project introduction post on the square or X. Your X account should be set to 'public' (not private) until the winners list is announced. Otherwise, if we cannot contact you within 5 days after the announcement, you will lose your eligibility for the reward.
If the account has any behavior that violates the Binance Square Community Guidelines or Binance Square Terms and Conditions, Binance reserves the right to disqualify the user from participating in this event.
These terms and conditions ('Event Terms') bind your participation in this event ('Event'). By participating in this event, users agree to these event terms and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of these terms are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these event terms and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these event terms shall prevail, followed by the following terms, arranged in the following order of priority, and shall only apply in the case of a conflict: (a) Binance Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy. Only users who have completed the Binance 'Know Your Customer' process are eligible to participate in this event. This event is open only to eligible users and may not be available or may be subject to restrictions in certain jurisdictions or regions or for certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with any restrictions and/or requirements imposed by their country/region regarding access to and use of Binance services.
This event is not affiliated with X or any social media channels.
Participants acknowledge that there are inherent security risks in the development and use of AI agents and automation tools, and are fully responsible for the configuration, permissions, and security measures of their submitted content. Binance is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or failure of any submitted code, AI agents, or tools.
Please ensure that your project code is open source or can be reviewed by the Binance team through the GitHub repository or other similar platform link provided in the submission form.
Eligible users are those who have completed all the requirements listed in the event rules. If we are unable to conduct KYC and account verification processes in the country/region where the user is located, Binance reserves the right to cancel the user's rewards.
Participants agree that Binance has the right to forward, repost, or use their works at any time after sharing. Binance also has the right to use the AI assistants developed by participants in any way it deems appropriate.
Binance may invite winners and some participants to further discuss cooperation matters, including but not limited to AMA live Q&A sessions on Binance Square, or collaborative development of their OpenClaw assistants.
Binance reserves the right to modify the event or event rules at any time at its discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending the event, eligibility terms and standards, selection and number of winners, evaluation criteria, and timing of any actions. All users are bound by these revised terms. Your participation in this event indicates your agreement to abide by Binance Square's decisions and be bound by them.
If the account has any dishonest behavior (e.g., false trading, illegal bulk registration/login of accounts, self-trading, or market manipulation), Binance reserves the right to cancel the user's eligibility for rewards. Additionally, if any project contains malicious code, backdoors, or any software intended to harm Binance systems or user data, Binance reserves the right to disqualify its participation.
Binance reserves the final interpretation rights of this event.
