I am new and was a victim of hacking. First of all, I want to share this so that no one else goes through this. If you are new, please refrain from commenting because I was identified by a comment in which I was asking. Then some people on profiles in other languages (expressed in Mandarin) started to follow me. They sent me a fake capture and placed the order as a scam. About 2 or 3 minutes later, I received a message via WhatsApp from Binance saying that if I wanted to cancel the order, I had to follow the steps. My ignorance led me to send them everything they asked for.
Later, I tried to log into my account, and I was immediately logged out. When I finally managed to log in, there was an order already released. I know it was my fault due to my ignorance, but I share this so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Binance does not ask for codes or authentication to cancel orders outside of it; they are only processed through the technical support of the app itself. They make a call there (Binance app), not through WhatsApp (do not respond to messages). I share my history with the aim of preventing new people starting out from going through the same thing.
Never, ever send codes for any reason through messages. I hope this information helps. Please refrain from saying it was my fault because I already know that. Thank you.
