The ROBO currency is the main engine of the Fabric protocol, which is a decentralized network aimed at building, managing, and developing "general-purpose robots". The project was initiated in response to the tremendous evolution in artificial intelligence models, aiming to prevent major companies from dominating the upcoming robot economy and to provide an open infrastructure that allows machines to communicate, pay, and operate independently and securely.

Digital identity for machines: Providing an On-chain Identity system for robots that allows them to contract and perform tasks.
Automated payment system: Enabling robots to send and receive payments for the services they provide without human intermediaries.
Decentralized sovereignty: Ensuring that robotics technology is not monopolized by central entities, thereby promoting open innovation.
