Trading Strategies (Futures / Margin)
Strategy 1: LONG (Trading in favor of the bullish trend)
Given that the macro trend is bullish, looking for long positions is the strategy with the highest probability of success. Ideally, enter on a pullback towards a short-term support.
Entry: $195.00 - $196.50 (Wait for the price to test the previous local support zone on 15m, where the Parabolic SAR is in that timeframe).
Stop Loss (SL): $192.50 (Below the recent local minimum on 1H. If it drops below this, the short-term bullish structure weakens).
Take Profit 1 (TP1): $201.50 (Secure profits at the recent local high).
Take Profit 2 (TP2): $206.00 (Next psychological and technical resistance).
Take Profit 3 (TP3): $212.00 (Fibonacci extension or next higher level if the breakout is strong).
Strategy 2: SHORT (Trading the pullback against the trend)
Going short now is going against the macro trend, so the risk is much greater. This strategy is only suitable if you see that the price is rejected again at the maximum of $201.79 with volume.
Entry: $201.00 - $201.70 (As close as possible to the local high if it rises again and shows weakness, like a double top in 5m).
Stop Loss (SL): $202.80 (If the price breaks the local high strongly, the bearish thesis is immediately invalidated. Cutting losses quickly is key here).
Take Profit 1 (TP1): $197.50 (Secure partial profits quickly).
Take Profit 2 (TP2): $195.00 (Main local support zone in 15m).
Take Profit 3 (TP3): $190.00 (If the pullback is deeper and seeks liquidity lower down).
4. Solid Strategy for Long-Term Investing (Spot)
If you believe in the Bittensor (TAO) project and the narrative of AI for the coming years, daily trading is noise. For Spot, use an institutional accumulation strategy:
Dynamic DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) Strategy in Key Zones:
Do not invest all your capital at once at the highs. Divide the capital you want to allocate to TAO into 3 or 4 parts.
Buy 1 (15-20% of capital): At the current price ($199) to have immediate exposure in case the market continues to rise without retracing.
Buy 2 (25-30% of capital): If the price drops to the $170 - $175 zone (first major support on 4H and 1D).
Buy 3 (30-40% of capital): If the price suffers a deeper correction towards $140 - $150 (zone of strong historical demand).
Reserve: Keep it in USDT to take advantage of extreme panic scenarios or to reinvest if the price confirms an even stronger bullish trend by breaking historical highs with volume.
