Just closed my position on $DEGO after today's massive move. Here's my quick breakdown:
The Setup:
Price exploded +66.50% but hit strong resistance at 1.239. I noticed volume starting to fade and price pulling back from the high classic profit-taking signs. Decided to take profits and wait for a better entry.
Why I'm cautious now:
· Rejected from key resistance level at 1.239
· Price pulling back below MA7 at 1.016
· Massive run needs consolidation
· Lower highs forming on 1h chart
My plan:
Watching for a clean retest of support around 0.817 before considering re-entry. If price breaks below, next major support is at 0.665 and 0.513.
