Recently, Binance introduced @MidnightNetwork in the HODLer Airdrops program, and I find this to be one of the quite notable projects recently. Midnight is a blockchain focused on privacy, using zero-knowledge (ZK) technology to allow data verification without disclosing sensitive information. This is a quite important direction as Web3 applications increasingly need to protect user data.
With this HODLer Airdrop program, those who have staked BNB in Simple Earn (Flexible or Locked) or On-Chain Yields during the snapshot period have the opportunity to receive an airdrop of $NIGHT. What I find interesting about this mechanism is that by simply holding and staking BNB, users can receive additional new tokens without having to complete too many complex tasks.
Binance has also announced that it will list $NIGHT with trading pairs such as USDT, USDC, BNB, and TRY. However, this token is tagged as a seed, meaning that the project is still in its early development stage and investors should research thoroughly before participating.
Personally, I find Binance's HODLer Airdrop model quite interesting as it both encourages users to hold BNB long-term and helps the community access new projects early, such as @MidnightNetwork. Has anyone received the $NIGHT airdrop this time? #night 🚀
