๐ The Cabinet has adopted a resolution โ a special experimental platform has been created based on the Ministry of Defense. Now Ukrainian and foreign partners can train neural networks on millions of annotated frames from tens of thousands of combat drone sorties โ without the risk of leaking secrets.
๐ Mykhailo Fedorov directly says: "Ukraine has a unique array of data from the battlefield that does not exist anywhere else in the world." This is already being used in the DELTA system for automatic target detection in real time.
