TRAILING STOP how to use for those who don't know
The Trailing Stop (or Moving Stop) is the best tool to "surf" a bullish trend like that of BANANAS31 without letting the profit revert to the market.
Unlike the fixed Stop Loss, the Trailing Stop moves automatically upwards as the price rises. If the price falls by a specific percentage, it executes the sale.
⚙️ How to set up (Step by Step)
On your Binance screen, when opening a Sell order, select the Trailing Stop order type:
Callback Rate: Set the percentage of "pullback" that you accept before selling.
Suggestion for BANANAS31: Enter 3% to 5%. Since it is very volatile, a lower value (1% or 2%) may take you out of the operation too early during a silly "breather" in price.
Activation Price: It is the price where tracking starts.
Tip: Place it a little above your entry price or at TP1. This way, you only activate the tracking when you are already in profit.
Quantity: 100% (or however much you wish to realize).
🛡️ Profit Protection Strategy
The "Trace": If the price rises, and you set a 5% Callback, your Stop will automatically rise following the top.
Advantage: If the coin spikes 50%, your Stop will rise along with it. If it falls 5% at any moment, you exit with profit in your pocket.
Attention: The Trailing Stop does not rise if the price falls. It only moves in your favor.
Golden Rule: Never move your Stop Loss down if the operation is going poorly. The Stop is meant to protect your bankroll, not to test your hope.
Operation Strategy
The ideal is to wait for a retest at the averages or broken supports for a better risk/return ratio.
Entry Zone: Between 0,0083 and 0,0086 (near MA7 and previous top).
Take Profit (Targets):
TP1: 0,0097 (Recent high)
TP2: 0,0105 (Psychological barrier)
TP3: 0,0115 (Fibonacci Extension)
Stop Loss: Below 0,0076 (loss of MA25 disrupts the rise).
✅ Capital Protection
Trailing Stop: Activate after TP1. Move the stop to the entry price (Break Even) and adjust it 2% below each new low in 1H.
Management: Do not allocate more than 2-5% of your bankroll to this operation, as it is a "Seed" asset (high volatility).
