The SEC has approved an amendment for Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and Ethereum Mini Trust ETF.
Now they fall under the general NYSE Arca listing rule 8.201-E. This means that no separate regulatory approval is needed to launch related products.
The simplified process paves the way not only for the accelerated "ETF-ization" of funds #Grayscale but also for future applications from other issuers for other assets, such as XRP or SOL.
