Bitcoin in "pause" mode: calm before the storm? ⏳

Look at this 4h candlestick chart. BTC has been consolidating for days between $69K and $71K, with wicks kissing the extremes but no breakout. This isn't boredom, it's accumulation.

What I see technically:

RSI(6) at 59.30 → neutral with bullish bias
STOCHRSI at 29.86 → oversold in short term
Support: $69K (strong) / $68K (critical)
Resistance: $71.3K / $74K
What's happening outside? 🌍

According to today's news:

BTC bounced after testing $69K and is now around $70.4K
Oil rising due to Middle East tensions (again near $100/barrel!)
Bitcoin ETFs with positive flows, whales accumulating
Market waiting for inflation data (PCE) on Friday
My interpretation:
The market is digesting mixed news. Geopolitics hot, but institutions coolly buying. This consolidation is healthy. When volatility compresses, it explodes later.

Do we break up or down? I think $74K is a matter of time. Meanwhile, patience and DCA.
