I bought Aster on the anpha exchange, there is a balance in the exchange wallet but it cannot be transferred to the web3 wallet. When I click on the receive Aster function in the web3 wallet, it does not show the balance to transfer. Is anyone else experiencing this like me? If anyone knows how to transfer, please let me know.
