As I said, here are some more detailed posts, besides trading. Today about the coin $TAO
If you hear about 'AI in crypto', then Bittensor ($TAO ) is the first thing to look at. This is a project that aims to take on the monopoly of intelligence from giants like Google and OpenAI.
What is it and why was it created?
Bittensor is an open protocol for creating a decentralized neural network.
Goal: To create a market where artificial intelligence (AI) models can learn from each other and exchange knowledge.
How it works: The network consists of subnets, each of which solves a specific task (text, image, code). 'Miners' provide computing power or trained models, while 'validators' assess their quality. The best are rewarded with TAO tokens.
Why is it currently in the spotlight?
Scarcity: The first halving of TAO occurred in December 2025. The issuance was halved (from 7200 to 3600 coins per day), which already creates a supply shortage in 2026.
Institutional money: Grayscale and other large funds are actively adding TAO to their portfolios. For them, this is 'Bitcoin in the world of AI.'
Ecosystem: The number of subnets is increasing (expansion plan to 256), and over 70% of all coins are currently locked in staking. This means there is very little free volume in the market — any strong demand pushes the price up.
Is it worth buying?
Currently (end of March 2026) the price is hovering around $330–$370.
Pros: If the AI trend continues (and we see that NVIDIA is not slowing down), TAO could become the main beneficiary. Predictions for 2026 range from $500 to $750.
My verdict:
TAO is a fundamental bet on the future. Buying 'all in' right now is risky due to market overheating, but holding a portion in the portfolio as a bet on decentralized AI is a logical step.
