Usually, we think that entering an order only incurs transaction fees, but very few people pay attention to these things:
The transaction fee for Binance, for example, is 0.1% for Spot, but you should remember that when you invest in a token, after buying it, by the time you sell to take profit, you will incur an additional 0.1%. Therefore, for an investment in one token, you will incur at least 0.2% in transaction fees.
The difference between buying and selling prices: it's just like buying gold, once you buy it, you immediately incur a loss because no one will buy it back at the exact price you invested at that moment. The same goes for Crypto; except for large volume tokens like BTC, ETH, BNB, etc., there will be a difference between buying and selling prices, and the smaller the token volume, the greater the difference.
Funding Fee: this fee is not present in spot but exists in Futures; however, this is not money collected by the exchange but rather money transferred back and forth between Long and Short (When Funding Rate is Positive (+): the Long side (the buyer) is dominant. The Long side must pay a fee to the Short side (the seller) and vice versa). Typically, this amount is paid every 8 hours.
