Don't try to be Hero, in these situations. If you bought Cheap Alts last night/ today morning. Can book some profits. Many alts almost recovered. Don't get into the trap again. Don't take Futures now, if you do, please use isolated Margin and don't use more than 5% of your portfolio for a trade.

And don't stress 😬 Mate, Heard someone suicide. Don't worry I Also wrecked 30% a big portion of my portfolio. Money is important but don't make it your life.

Please, if you having issues, go out. Chill with your friends. Play games, travel to some places, talk with your friends. And get over the screens.
