*how I learned to listen to the market in silence
**I was at the chart.**
Three colored lines moved independently.
One in the middle. One on top. One at the bottom.
Each on its own path.
I asked AI what they are.
He explained it to me theoretically.
I didn't understand anything. 😄
So I did the only thing that works for me:
**I closed everything else and watched.**
Whole ores. On different timeframes.
Price. Candles. The three lines.
Until it **clicked.** 💡
Today I'll explain what I saw — without unnecessary theory. With your eyes open. 👁️

**What are Bollinger Bands — visual, not theoretical**
Imagine that the price is moving on a road.
Bollinger Bands are the fences of that road:
**Upper Band — UP** = the fence on the right
**Middle Band — MB** = the central line of the road
**Lower Band — DN** = the fence on the left
When the road is narrow — the price is calm, the market breathes.
When the road widens — the price moves strongly, volatility explodes.
Simple visual. Impossible to forget. 🎯

**My 4 steps — the simple Bollinger reading system:**
I don't look at all three lines at once.
I follow the same process every time:
**Step 1 — Where is the price regarding MB?**
- **Above MB** = bullish territory — bulls lead
- **Below MB** = bearish territory — bears lead
MB is the line that divides the world in two. The first filter. Always. 🎯
**Step 2 — What is the closest band to the price?**
- **Close to UP** = the price is overbought — possible rejection
- **Close to DN** = the price is oversold — possible rebound
The closest band is the next obstacle or the next trampoline. 🎯
**Step 3 — What value does the closest band have?**
The band gives you the exact number.
Not approximately. Exactly.
Here is your support.
Here is your resistance.
Here you place a stop-loss or target. 🎯
**Step 4 — What does StochRSI say?**
Bollinger tells you **where** the price is.
StochRSI tells you **with what strength** it moves.
Together — you have the complete picture. 🎯

**What is StochRSI — Bollinger's partner**
StochRSI measures the momentum of the price on a scale from 0 to 100.
**Value close to 100** = strong momentum upwards — bulls are running
**Value close to 0** = strong momentum downwards — bears are running
**Value between 20-80** = neutral territory — no one clearly leads
Alone — StochRSI can deceive.
With Bollinger — it becomes a serious weapon. 🎯

**How they work together — real scenarios:**
**Scenario 1 — Clear bullish signal ✅**
- Price below MB → bearish territory
- Price close to DN → oversold
- StochRSI close to 0 → bearish momentum exhausted
- **Conclusion:** Possible rebound. Bulls are preparing.
**Scenario 2 — Clear bearish signal ✅**
- Price above MB → bullish territory
- Price close to UP → overbought
- StochRSI close to 100 → bullish momentum exhausted
- **Conclusion:** Possible rejection. Bears are preparing.
**Scenario 3 — Complex signal** ⚠️
- Price at DN → oversold
- StochRSI at 100 → strong momentum downwards
Do they contradict? Not necessarily.
The price reached support with strong bearish momentum.
The market is at a crossroads — **does it jump off the DN or break it?**
There is no automatic answer here.
Here you wait for the confirmation of the next candle. 🕯️

**My favorite observation about StochRSI:**
Sometimes StochRSI stays **stuck at 100** for a long time.
It doesn't mean something is wrong.
It means that the trend is strong and the price moves on the UP band like on rails.
It unpeels when the price makes a wick above UP or when the trend gets tired.
**This is not learned from theory.**
**It shows when looking at the chart in silence.** 👁️
