Do you remember the last time I mentioned the actual use case of #USD1 ? Here it comes. Following closely, there is a rather interesting upgrade in the WLFI ecosystem recently—after the AgentPay upgrade, AI Agents have gained a more secure ability to "spend money".

Since I have been keeping an eye on the progress of @worldlibertyfi USD1 and WLFI, the recent upgrade of AgentPay in the ecosystem feels quite good, so I want to share it with everyone!

This time, the AgentPay v0.2.1 update focuses on allowing AI entities to complete payments themselves within safe rules.

It supports two payment protocols, x402 and MPP, so when AI receives instructions, it can directly pay money to call payment interfaces, purchase data, or complete a whole online process.

Previously, many AIs could analyze and plan, but when it came time to execute with real money, they couldn't be used. Now this shortcoming has been addressed.

What I personally value most is its security design: keys are self-managed, local signature confirmation, consumption according to set rules, and for larger amounts, manual approval is required. The control is entirely in one's own hands without handing over the entire wallet to AI.

It provides AI with a certain degree of automated operational space while controlling the risks, which is really well done.

Additionally, this time the EIP-3009 signature has been optimized, and it connects to the Tempo mainnet, making the overall payment process more complete and stable.

In practical use, AI can truly be responsible for calling payment interfaces, data procurement, and automatic settlement; it is no longer just a display.

Overall, this upgrade of AgentPay deepens the basic functions of the USD1 stablecoin into the actual execution phase of AI.

There are no flashy things; it follows an open-source, self-hosted, and rule-controlled route, balancing automation and security, and the direction is very much aligned with real demands.

Of course, the project is still in its early stages, and the actual effects will need to be gradually verified by developers. I will continue to track subsequent versions and community feedback. I will share any new changes with everyone. That's all for today! #USD1
