Why 90% lose
Most traders do not lose against the market, they lose against their own biology.
The trap of the Neocortex vs. the Amygdala: When you see a giant red candle, your brain goes into "survival" mode (flight). 90% sell out of fear at the lowest point. The wise understand that fear is a buying indicator, not a selling order.
The action bias: We feel that "doing something" is better than "doing nothing." In trading, most of the time the best move is not to trade. Patience is an active position.
