Uber is using Amazon's custom AI chips and AWS infrastructure to train some AI models and support real-time services for millions of daily riders and deliveries. Uber said it is running more Trip Serving Zone workloads on AWS Graviton4. Uber said it has also started pilot training on Trainium to improve rider and delivery matching.
