The noble Iranian people must know that, through the holy struggle of their children and their historic presence on the battlefield, the enemy has been begging for over a month to stop the fierce firepower of Iran and the resistance forces. However, national officials decided from the very beginning to continue the war until the goals are achieved—among which is to make the enemy feel regret and despair, and to eliminate the long-term threat to the nation—thus rejecting all these requests, and the war has continued to this day, which is the 40th day. Meanwhile, Iran has repeatedly rejected the final deadlines proposed by the U.S. president and has repeatedly emphasized that it does not care at all about any form of deadline set by the enemy.

Today, we bring good news to the great Iranian people: most of the goals of this war have almost been achieved; your brave sons have forced the enemy into historic incompetence and permanent defeat. This historic decision made by Iran has the unanimous support of the entire people, which is that as long as necessary, this battle will continue until its significant outcomes are solidified, and a new security and political landscape based on the recognition of the power and sovereignty of Iran and the resistance axis is established in the region.

In this context, based on the instructions of the respected leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei (may Allah protect him), and approved by the National Supreme Security Council, given the battlefield advantages of Iran and the resistance axis, as well as the enemy's inability to fulfill its threats despite its loud proclamations, and its formal acceptance of all legitimate demands of the Iranian people, it has now been decided to hold negotiations in Islamabad to finalize the details, and within a maximum of 15 days, to politically consolidate Iran's victory on the battlefield through negotiations.

In this context, after rejecting all proposals put forth by the enemy, Iran has drafted a 10-point plan and submitted it to the U.S. through Pakistan, highlighting several core points, including:

1. Organize a passage through the Strait of Hormuz in coordination with the Iranian armed forces, which will confer a unique economic and geopolitical status to Iran.

2. The war against all components of the resistance axis must end, which signifies a historic defeat of the Israeli entity's aggression.

3. The U.S. military combat forces are withdrawing from all bases and deployment points in the region.

4. Develop a security passage agreement for the Strait of Hormuz to ensure Iran implements control as per the agreement.

5. Make full compensation payments to Iran based on assessments.

6. Cancel all first and second-level sanctions and relevant resolutions of the Council and the Security Council.

7. Release all Iranian funds and assets frozen abroad.

Finally, write all these terms into a binding resolution of the United Nations Security Council. It is worth mentioning that once this resolution is approved, it will transform these understandings into binding international law and constitute an important diplomatic victory for the Iranian people.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan has informed Iran that despite the U.S. side's apparent threats, it has accepted these principles as the basis for negotiations and has made concessions to the will of the Iranian people. Based on this, the highest level has decided that Iran will engage in two weeks of negotiations with the U.S. side in Islamabad, solely based on these principles. It was emphasized that this does not mean the end of the war, as Iran will only accept the end of the war after the specific details of these principles are finalized in the ultimate negotiations.

Despite complete distrust of the U.S. side, these negotiations will still commence on Friday, April 21, in Islamabad. Iran has set a two-week timeframe for this, which can be extended if both sides agree. During this period, complete national unity must be maintained, and victory must be celebrated vigorously. These negotiations are national-level discussions and part of the continuation of the battlefield. The entire nation, elites, and various political factions must trust this process supervised and advanced by the revolutionary leader and the highest levels of the system, and must strongly avoid any remarks that could provoke division.

If the enemy's surrender on the battlefield can be transformed into decisive political results in negotiations, we will celebrate this great and historic victory together; otherwise, we will continue to fight side by side until all the demands of the Iranian people are realized. Our hands are always on the trigger, and any small mistake by the enemy will be met with a decisive and strong response.
