Binance Launches $400 Million Support Initiative Amid Crypto Market Volatility
According to the announcement from Binance, the global cryptocurrency market has recently faced significant volatility, affecting users, institutions, and the industry at large. To qualify, users must have incurred a total liquidation loss of at least 50 USDC equivalent, with these losses representing at least 30% of their overall net assets based on a snapshot taken at 2025-10-09 23:59 (UTC). Binance plans to begin distributing these token vouchers within 24 hours and aims to complete the process within 96 hours, although delays may occur due to the heavy workload.
Additionally, Binance has established a $100 million Institutional Support Program to assist ecosystem and institutional users severely impacted by the market fluctuations. This program offers low-interest loans to help these users restart their trading activities, thereby injecting momentum into ecosystem recovery, alleviating liquidity pressures, and ensuring stable operations for ecosystem partners. Eligible VIP and institutional users can apply through their dedicated account managers, with Binance promising a swift response and strict confidentiality. While Binance does not accept liability for users' losses, it is committed to rebuilding industry confidence and supporting long-term development. The company urges users to invest rationally, manage positions wisely, and exercise due diligence in the volatile crypto market.
