Hello @solanamobile. I am reaching out to request the proper support channel and a return address for the Seeker phone that was delivered to me 3 weeks ago. Since I could not locate any official customer service contacts online, I am making this public appeal.
The device functioned well for exactly 2 days before suddenly losing all network access. It no longer recognizes the presence of a SIM card and cannot connect to any mobile network. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I consulted at least 4 software engineers, and they all provided the exact same assessment. They determined it is a hardware problem that cannot be repaired locally in Nigeria because the device is not built like a standard Android smartphone. Furthermore, they noted that there is an encryption on the device that only your team can fix.
The engineers also pointed out that the IMEI number has completely disappeared, meaning the device will remain inoperable regardless of any troubleshooting I attempt. The email address that originally sent my tracking ID and shipping details has not responded to my previous messages, leaving me with no other option. Please look into this urgent matter. Thank you.
