When I first started posting, I didn't have a clear plan.
It was simply trading and sharing it back. If there was a nice trade, I would post it; if there was a wrong trade, I would post that too. Overall, it was quite spontaneous, not thinking much about building a channel or developing anything.
But after about 6 months of looking back, the thing that changed the most wasn't the number of followers.
But rather my way of thinking when trading.
In the past, I used to get caught up in the market. I wanted to jump in on everything I saw, sometimes from FOMO, other times hesitantly. Each trade came with a sense of pressure, like I had to be right, had to win.
But now, it's a bit different.
I've started to view the market more calmly. It's not always necessary to trade. And when I do enter a position, I'm clearer on why I'm in it.
One thing I didn't expect is that reposting helps me improve so quickly.
When you write down your thoughts, you can't 'fool' yourself. Every trade, every perspective leaves a mark. Where you went wrong, where your bias was off, you'll see it clearly over time.
It's like trading while reviewing myself every single day.
Following has led to some gains, but not in a blowout way. It's a slow and steady increase, but it feels 'real' to me.
What's more important is that I’m starting to have followers who interact, ask about my perspective. Some join the same trades, some challenge my views. Suddenly, trading doesn’t feel so isolated anymore.
For me, these past 6 months aren't about 'becoming a KOL' or anything grand.
It's simply from being a somewhat emotional trader...
I'm gradually trading in a more systematic way.
And maybe that's the most valuable thing.
