  • Mandatory Authorization: Exchanges need prior authorization to operate under the new category of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).

  • Asset Segregation: Brokers are required to separate client balances from the company's assets to reduce the risks of fraud and financial collapses.

  • Exchange Rules: International operations with cryptoassets and stablecoins must now follow the rules of the foreign exchange market, with limits of US$ 100,000 per operation and the obligation to identify those involved.
