My red envelope has 20 views and 0 claims
If you are participating in the Binance Pay Red Packets campaign to win rewards (like the 15 RIF), you have probably experienced this: you see that the counter says "20 users have viewed your envelope", but at the bottom it says "Envelopes claimed: 0".

🔴 The technical difference: Viewed vs. Claimed
Many users confuse these two metrics, but they work very differently:
👀 Viewed: Means that someone clicked on your link or scanned your QR. They entered the envelope interface, but did NOT press the "Open" button.
