I uploaded a verification video to the customer service center as required to prove that this account belongs to me. I also had my grandfather hold up his ID in the video. I logged into Binance and provided address proof. After waiting for three days, customer service told me that my 80-something grandfather had to log into Binance. Is this how Binance makes it difficult for customers?
